Cleanwater 2011

In the first week of Term 2, 2011, DNI sent two teams to participate in the Cleanwater Competition. Both teams discussed and did research before turning up for the competition. During the competition, they were very on-task and worked well as a team. Finally, our teams' submissions were awarded the first and second placing in the competition!! Well done DNI Club! Henderson Secondary School is proud of you!

Landslide Competition 2011

3 teams from Henderson DNI Club participated in the Landslide Competition 2011. The teams did intensive research and experimentation before stepping into the competition arena. Professionally working as one, all teams came up with innovative and durable designs. The teams managed to clinch all the top prizes of the competition!! What a feat! Well done once again, DNI Club! You did not disappoint Henderson's expectations of you! =D

Singapore Amazing Flying Machine Competition 2011

In 2011, DNI Club participated in the Singapore Amazing Flying Machine (SAFMC) for the first time! A prestigious and popular competition, the students knew that they will be facing very strong competition from other schools, including top schools like NUS High School and Raffles Institution. However, our students believe that hard work can triumph over all, and hard work they did put in! After weeks of arduous preparation and rehearsing, one of our team managed to clinch the Gold Award for Aesthetics, and the Bronze Award for Most Creative Design! Kudos to all! Keep up the good work!
